How can I reserve a tech device?

You can reserve a tech device in two ways:

By visiting the Library Service Desk during operating hours and making a reservation in person.

By sending an email request to the libraryservices@mbzuai.ac.ae with the device you want to borrow and the date you need it.
Once your reservation is reviewed, the library will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation.
Devices can only be picked up after this confirmation is received. If the device is already booked for the requested time, you will be informed and offered the next available slot.
