What if the borrowed device breaks or gets lost?

If a borrowed device is damaged, lost, or returned with missing components, the borrower is responsible for paying the replacement or replacement-cost amount. The library will evaluate the device and inform you of the exact fee.
All accessories issued with the device (such as cables, adapters, controllers, cases, straps, or other parts) must also be returned in the same condition. Missing or damaged accessories will incur replacement charges.
Any issues should be reported to the Library Service Desk immediately. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself, as this may affect warranty coverage and proper assessment of the damage.
